Ukhimath Bus Stand

This is a winter seat of Lord Krishna, and worship is done here is during the winter when the temple of Kadarnath remains closed. The temple of Usha and Anniruddha, Shiva and Parvati are worth visiting. Ukhimath is situated on Guptkashi Gopeshwar motor road. It is at a distance of 1.2 kms. from the district headqaurter of Rudraprayag at an elevation of 1311 mts. Ukhimath is connected by direct bus service with Rudraprayag Gaurikund, Guptkashi & Srinagar. From Ukhimath on a clear day one can see the beautiful view of Kedarnath peak, Chaukhamba & other green beautiful valley.

Guptkashi

13 km. from Ukhimath Guptkashi has a great importance quite that of Kashi, Vishwanath, temple Ardhnareshwar temple and Manikarnika Kund and two streams of Ganga and Yamuna are main attraction.

Deoria Tal 

It is situated at a height of 2438 mts. above sea level, 8 km. trek from Ukhimath. Other route from Sari village where lake is only 2 km. on foot. This lake has captivating surroundings with forest all round. The reflection of Chaukhamba peak in the lake creating a beautiful effect. All arrangements have to made for a night hall at the place.

Kalimath 

It is one of the sidha oeeths of the region and held in high religious esteems . The temple of Goddess Kali located here is visited by a large number of devoties round the year. It is 23 km. from Ukhimath by bus and 10 km. on foot.
